Finding the Beat: A Founder’s Story

I never thought I’d be a musician, and now I’m always the least-experienced in any group I play in. My journey with the arts is deeply rooted in the friction between joy and complexity; from the colourful electricity of Sly & The Family Stone and P-Funk, to the mature soundscapes of Kendrick Lamar and Pink Floyd.

For me, the "Circus" is the culmination of these two worlds - a hub for creativity, where all things become possible. The Circus is a lab for fueling my fascination in music’s ability to construct entire worlds and author stories of self-realization.
